Application-optimised. We process all common thermoplastics such as ABS, ABS/PMMA, PS, PP, PE, ASA, ABS/TPU and regenerates on our fully automated thermoforming systems. In cooperation with our suppliers, we offer a wide range of surfaces: smooth or textured (grained, soft-touch effect), matt or glossy. The variety of colours can be applied directly to the extruded sheet or individually finished through a subsequent lacquering process.
CNC milling
Precise shaping. Our modern 5-axis CNC milling machines enable individual and precise machining of plastic parts. Subsequent customisations are also easily possible with this technology.
Assembly
Complex assemblies. Whether it's the insertion of reinforcements manufactured in-house or the assembly or bonding of complex assemblies - we take on the challenge. On request, we can also act as a system supplier so that you can simply work according to the "plug and play" principle.
Quality management
Perfection down to the last detail. Our quality management ensures that all processes and products meet a consistently high standard. Uniform standards at all locations are a matter of course for us.
